Sentinel Pest Control is proud to offer a better way to treat real estate termite inspections, The New Homebuyers Termite Protection Plan. When Sentinel inspects a home for the purpose of sale, we will offer a twelve-month service contract to the new owner.
What does the service contract entail? Sentinel will treat the ENTIRE HOME if termites appear any time during the year. At the end of the year, Sentinel will return and inspect the home again to ensure that there is no sign of termites at that time. This means that a new home buyer has the peace of mind that they are protected against the possibility of termites, as well as there will be no sense of misconduct if termites appear after a home has passed its real estate inspection. It’s covered.
There is very little additional cost to enact the service contract over that of the simple, traditional, “good for the time I was in the house,” termite real estate inspection. Our cost for a standard termite inspection in Springfield has been and will continue to be $75.00. That cost is just to inspect the house and file the paper work. For $175.00 we will inspect the house, file the paperwork, treat the entire home if termites appear anytime within 365 days, professionally re-inspect the home at the end of the year, and offer an extension to the service at the end of the year at a minimal additional charge.
